To secure your accommodation for the conference, please click on this link and enter the required details. This will give you the option of making your booking online. You will then be sent an accommodation confirmation/tax invoice to make payment.

Conditions
• The rates are per room per night only.
• Accommodation will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
• Broken Hill Visitor Information Centre/Broken Hill City Council (BHCC) will send confirmation of your reservation via email, please ensure you supply an email address to receive confirmation promptly.
• When a delegate finalises the online booking, the delegate will receive an email confirmation which is then a legally binding agreement and is liable for any charges that may arise from the reservation, in accordance with the cancellation policy of the accommodation provider.
• The hotel/motel account must be settled within 48 hours of receiving confirmation from the BHCC. If this is not possible, alternate arrangements must be made with the Broken HIll Visitor Information Centre via email or by phone.
• Individuals must advise the Broken Hill Visitor Information Centre, by email or phone, of cancellations/amendments not less than 14 days prior to the arrival date. In the event of late cancellation, charges may apply.
• By making your booking, you automatically agree to the above conditions.
