An additional $40 includes one extra King Single room plus full second bathroom facilities (incl. bath). An extra $40 includes second King Single Room with all above facilities. Cancellations giving more than 2 weeks notice will receive a full refund of all payments made. Cancellations giving less than 2 weeks notice will forfeit the cost of one nights accommodation of their booking. Cancellations giving less than 48 hours notice will not receive any refund. Unfortunately the operator will not be held liable for any personal injury loss or damage caused to your person or property while a paying guest. Guests (payee) will be held liable if they inflict any extensive damage whilst they are occupying the property.
