Whether you would like to go shopping after a 5 minute walk to Westside Shopping Plaza or stay in, relax and watch some Austar TV, Coras Gypsum Cottage is the place for you on your next stay in Broken Hill. Maybe you want to do the tourist thing, if so we have many brochures to give you some ideas to get you on your way.

The cottage has 2 bedrooms; the first has a queen size bed, the second a double and a single bed. We also have a porta cot available if required.

Want to cook your own meals, use the electric or microwave oven, or maybe relax outside and cook a barbecue.

In the bathroom you can freshen up with a quick shower or have a long soaking bath to take away the aches and pains of the day.

Inside toilet separate to the bathroom.

Clothes to wash use the washing machine to make them clean and fresh again. Detergent supplied

Use the telephone, connected for local calls only, and pay the honesty jar to give a bonus for the cleaner.

PETS can stay, by arrangement only, and have a holiday too.

Directions:

From the post office travel west along Argent St and turn right at traffic lights into Bromide St.

At the first roundabout turn left into Blende St.

Stay in Blende St until you reach the next roundabout, drive though this roundabout.

Turn right at the next roundabout into Gypsum St.

Continue on approximately 300 metres until you reach our residence at 115 Gypsum St on your left hand side, the cottage is right next door.

Cancellations giving more than 2 weeks notice will receive a full refund of all payments made. Cancellations giving less than 2 weeks notice will forfeit the cost of one nights accommodation of their booking.
Cancellations giving less than 24 hours notice will not receive any refund.

Unfortunately the operator will not be held liable for any loss or damage caused to the property. Guests (payee) will be held liable if they inflict any extensive damage whilst they are occupying the property.
Pets MUST be kept outside and this MUST be arranged with the owner prior to arrival. Guests MUST clean up after pets.
