Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions Additional persons or 2 people in separate rooms charged an extra $20 per night. Cancellations giving more than 3 weeks notice will receive a full refund of all payments minus a $25 administation fee . Cancellations giving less than 3 weeks notice will forfeit the cost of one nights accommodation of their booking. Cancellations giving less than 7 days notice will not receive any refund. Unfortunately the operator will not be held liable for any loss or damage caused to your property during your stay. Guests (payee) will be held liable if they inflict any damage whilst they are occupying the property.
