Cancellations made within 48 hours of stay otherwise the first nights accommodation will be forfeited.
Owners will not be responsible for any loss or damage of guests property. Rates subject to change. All guests are asked to agree to the Charles Rasp Motor Inn Terms of stay.
Acacia Avoca & Charles Rasp Cottages
Cancellations giving more than 2 weeks notice will receive a full refund of the deposit.Cancellations with less than 2 weeks notice or no notice will forfeit the deposit. Charles Rasp Cottage Acacia Cottage and Avoca Cottage are advertised at the unserviced rate. If you do require a cleaning service during your stay there will be an additional chagre of $20.00 per cleaning service payable direct to the Charles Rasp Motor Inn.
