Cancellations giving less than 2 weeks notice will forfeit the cost of one nights stay. Cancellations giving less than 24 hours notice will not receive any refund. Unfortunately the operator will not be held liable for any loss or damage caused to the property. Guests (payee) will be held liable if they inflict any extensive damage whilst they are occupying the property.
