This lovely executive style cottage is perfect for that quiet time away and can provide accommodation for up to six people with three large bedrooms, all equipped with queen size beds, orthopedic mattresses, quality doonas, linen, blankets and pillows. The modern kitchen has been fitted with a water filtration system, fridge and freezer with ice making facilities,dishwasher, microwave, oven and all the necessities to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. At the rear is a large undercover area complete with BBQ and a lovely outdoor setting because when I go away I like to spend time outdoors. To make things easier I have also included a continental breakfast for the first morning of your stay. For an additional cost extra provisions can be supplied. A fully renovated bathroom offers a large, relaxing spa bath to soak away your troubles, seperate shower recess, vanity and toilet with a second shower, laundry and external toilet all being located under cover of the back verandah within a safe and secure yard. Relax and watch TV in the large loungeroom or visit the many local attractions that Broken Hill has to offer. Reverse cycle airconditioning will help to make your stay as comfortable as possible and coming soon will be free local calls and internet access. There is secure undercover parking at the rear of the property. This is a smoke free home we would appreciate your helping to keep it that way.
