The Miners Arms has four well appointed suites; all are fitted with queen size beds with bedside tables and lights, a small desk, TV/DVD and high speed broadband cable ports, private bathrooms, ceiling fans and reverse cycle spilt system air-conditioning. Wooden blinds and Baltic pine floors are in the original heritage style. To cater for various needs and prices, some rooms have a single or trundle bed for extra people, twin share, a larger writing desk for business clients and are accessible for disabled guests.
The Miners Arms is one of the original hotels near the Line of Lode and the town centre on Crystal Street, a short walk from the train station. Established as a hotel in 1888 the building has been restored and re-opened as a fine accommodation boutique bed and breakfast. The Miners Arms has the charm of the Victorian bygone era renovated in the original style to include fine modern facilities and a well appointed lounge with TV/DVD and a piano. The Miners Arms is an ideal base for a relaxing holiday and for business travellers.
Rise to a gourmet breakfast in the original dining room. In the evening relax in the Miners Lounge, cool off in the native garden and enjoy an outdoor BBQ watching the sunset, or just have a yarn around the fire. Tea and coffee facilities and a well stocked mini bar are available in the lounge.
