Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
Cancellations giving more than 2 weeks notice will receive a full refund minus 20% of all payments made. Cancellations giving less than 2 weeks notice will forfeit the cost of 1 night accommodation. Cancellation giving less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the full amount. Unfortunately the operator will not be held liable for any loss or damage caused to the property. Guests (payee) will be held liable if they inflict any damage whilst they are occupying the property. A valid credit card number must be supplied to operator before arrival. You will be notified of any discrepancies before being charged. Honesty policy applies to all guests extra guests will be charged per person per night rates and you must inform operator of extra guests prior or on departure. If extra beds are used with out notification operator has the right to charge at his/her discretion. The operator apologises for any inconvenience on these terms.
